Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care and attention to all dogs in our facility.
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of kennels and common areas by routinely cleaning up after the dogs.
- Greet and assist customers, taking their pets into our care in a professional and friendly manner.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both dogs and their owners.
- Assist with social media tasks such as taking photos and videos for content, engaging with the community, and promoting our services online.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both customers and team members.
- A genuine love for animals and willingness to work with dogs of all breeds and sizes.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as cleaning, lifting, and managing energetic dogs.
- Basic social media skills, with the ability to contribute to online marketing efforts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in animal care (preferred but not required).
- Knowledge of animal behavior and basic pet care.
