ASE certification must have a valid drivers license and a car, MUST ABLE TO PERFORM ON HIS OWN DIAGNOSIS Be able to diagnose drive ability issues (check engine, misfire, stalling, etc.) REPAIRS ON ENGINE ,TRANSMISSION, BRAKES, A/C, SUSPENSION, ELECTRICAL.
