Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise moving crews during interstate relocations
Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading of customers' belongings
Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process
Coordinate with dispatch and office team for smooth operations
Be flexible This is long distance moving! We make a lot of last minute changes and we need someone who is good with rolling with the punches, staying calm under pressure, and adapting quickly to new plans without missing a beat!
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in long-distance moving operations
Valid driver's license with clean record - WE WILL RUN A MVR
Strong leadership and communication skills
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
DOT compliance knowledge
Professional appearance and attitude
MUST HAVE ACTIVE DOT MEDICAL CARD
