We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic, and resourceful Facilities Clerk to help us keep our office running like a well-oiled machine. If you’re a jack-of-all-trades with a can-do attitude, this job was made for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Be the superhero of the office by keeping everything in order—from stocking supplies to organizing office spaces.

- Handle minor repairs like a pro (light painting? You’re the artist! Lights flickered out? Ding! You have the lightbulb ready for replacement!)

- Assist with office setups and rearrangements—whether it's moving desks or creating a perfect ergonomic environment!

- Keep an eye on equipment (printers, coffee machines, you name it!) and make sure they’re running smoothly.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages—consider yourself our resident mailroom guru!

- Coordinate with vendors for larger maintenance issues or when we need an extra set of hands.

- Ensure common areas are always looking fresh and welcoming (cleanliness is key!).

- Assist with fun company events—whether it's setting up for a meeting or helping set up our relaxation room!

- You’re super organized and can manage multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

- You’ve got a keen eye for detail—nothing slips past you!

- You enjoy helping people and making sure the workplace is a space everyone can enjoy.

- Basic handyman skills? You’ve got them!
