We are seeking a proactive and skilled handyman to join our team and maintain our condominium. The ideal candidate will have expertise in plumbing, drywall, painting, and other general maintenance tasks. When maintenance tasks are not needed, you will be responsible for cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs and installations
Repair and install drywall
Painting interiors and exteriors as needed
General maintenance and repair tasks
Cleaning common areas and other spaces when maintenance tasks are complete
Salary:
Starting at $18.00 per hour
