Busy family of four (two school-age kids, ages 9 & 12) is looking for a reliable, flexible House Manager / Family Assistant to help keep their home organized and running smoothly.
The family has a small Cavapoo dog, travels once or twice a month, and values someone warm, proactive, and easy to communicate with.
Responsibilities include:
Daily household resets – kitchen, laundry, bedrooms, bathrooms
Grocery shopping & restocking pantry / supplies
Light meal prep / simple healthy cooking
School pick-ups & driving kids to activities (clean driving record required)
Coordinating vendors & household appointments
Pet care (feeding, walks, vet or grooming runs)
Occasional guest prep or travel-related support
Ideal candidate:
Prior experience as a house manager, family assistant, or nanny for school-age children
Organized, adaptable, and enjoys keeping a household running smoothly
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Pet-friendly, trustworthy, long-term mindset
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approx. 9 a.m.–6 p.m. (some flexibility)
Compensation: ( $25-$35/hr depending on experience)
