A well-maintained condominium in South Beach is now hiring a full-time Maintenance and Janitorial Worker to care for common areas (not individual units). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and knows how to keep a building running smoothly.
Duties Include:
General cleaning: floors, bathrooms, glass, trash rooms
Light maintenance: painting, pressure washing, basic repairs
Pool and outdoor care: straighten furniture, check heater, clean deck
Monitor lighting, restock supplies, report issues to manager
Ensure packages are properly received and delivered
Walk property daily for cleanliness and safety
Supervise vendors and confront unauthorized visitors
Handle requests from management and condo board
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a similar role at a condo or residential building
Able to lift up to 70 lbs
Experience in both janitorial and maintenance work
Basic English required
Must be dependable, proactive, and professional
