Job Overview
As a Maintenance Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our
facilities and equipment. Your expertise will guide a dedicated team in maintaining high
standards of safety, efficiency, and reliability. You will oversee all maintenance activities,
utilizing your technical knowledge and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement in our
maintenance processes.
What you'll do
Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and
accountability.
Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to optimize equipment
performance and minimize downtime.
Oversee the use of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for
tracking work orders, inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations while managing high voltage and low voltage
electrical systems.
Utilize your mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to HV AC systems,
programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and industrial machinery.
Supervise projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and
within budget.
Analyze schematics to identify areas for improvement in maintenance practices and
facility operations.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure optimal conditions and adherence to
industry standards.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in facilities management with a focus on maintenance operations.
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
Preferred qualifications
Proficiency in HV AC systems, electrical experience, and industrial maintenance
practices.
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies.
