We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties.
This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and trouble shooting. Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities :
Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, drywall , electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
Utilize tools and equipment effectively.
Identify issues that require attention and
Respond Promptly to Service Calls / jobs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are used properly.
Collaborate with other workers when necessary to complete larger projects and
Report Completed Work and any additional issues or recommendations for repairs.
Qualifications :
Proven Experience as a Handyman or in a similar role with a strong understanding of various maintenance tasks & Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively on the job.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently and quickly.
Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required with outdoor job sites and weather conditions.
