I am looking for a dependable, honest, and detail-oriented individual to assist with light outdoor (occasionally indoor) maintenance and cleaning work every Thursday or Friday, approximately between 10 AM and 4 PM (4–6+ hours per week). You can choose either of the two days of the week, and the number of hours per week will vary, but it will always be more than 4 and maybe more than 6 hours.
Pay: $50/hour
All Tools Needed Are Provided
Work Includes:
Light yard work, mowing, and picking weeds.
Pool cleaning, skimming cleaning any debris.
Grill maintenance, cleaning and care.
Garage organizing, pick up and organize, prepare for gym use.
Cleaning and maintaining outdoor cameras, fans, and lights as needed.
Pressure washing and light painting quarterly.
