Schedule: Multiple Positions Available
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Pay: $12.00 to $15.00 per hour depending on the position
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs general, routine custodial duties to include groundskeeping, and litter removal.
2. Empties trash receptacles, disposes trash into compactors and/or dumpsters, and bags trash for proper disposal.
3. Performs cleaning functions specific to the assigned facilities and/or based on seasonal/project requirements.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Must be eligible to work in the United States.
2. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check/Drug screen.
3. Janitorial experience of minimum (1) year is required.
4. Must be Fluent in English for daytime positions.
Physical Demands
1. Considerable physical activity: heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling required of objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of job.
2. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions.
