Job Description:
Our Landscape Foreman coordinates, supervises and works alongside a crew of laborers performing various landscaping activities. Foremen will operate equipment and ensure that projects under their supervision are completed with the high-quality attention to detail we require for our clients.
Responsible for transporting crew to job sites.
Operating vehicles, equipment and tools such as dump trucks, loaders, grinders.
Tasks include planting trees and plants, sod laying, mulching and watering.
Ensures all installations are performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe job site.
Responsible for storing and organizing tools for project.
Job Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of landscaping knowledge with an ability to understand landscape blueprints and plans.
Knowledge and experience installing landscapes.
Time management skills with an ability to prioritize and organize.
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as augers, bobcats, and skid steers.
Punctual and dependable.
Experience managing and leading employees with a positive attitude.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have a clean valid Driver’s License. CDL a plus. (Will be check)
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
Ability to work in a physical job outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.

Monday to Friday
Pay: $22 - $25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
