We’re seeking an experienced and dependable handyman to assist with property maintenance and repairs for a small (but growing) portfolio of residential properties. Tasks may include minor plumbing, painting, carpentry, light electrical and general repairs.
Opportunity in the near future for full time.
Requirements:
Previous handyman or maintenance experience.
Own tools and reliable transportation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Schedule: Flexible hours, approximately [25+ hours/week].
Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
