Condominium in Lighthouse Point is currently interviewing for janitor for common areas with very basic maintenance skills (not inside individual units). Position requires ability to lift approximately 70 pounds and push dumpsters that weigh approximately 500 pounds. Pressure cleaning, blower in parking lot, touch up painting, minor repairs to common areas.
Must have at least 3 years prior experience in a similar role for a condominium.
Work Hours 7:00am - 3:30pm - Monday through Friday.
Pay is $17 per hour
