Candlewood Suites is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is perfect for someone with basic handyman skills who enjoys working in a hotel environment.
Job Duties Include:
- General (minor) repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, etc.)
- Basic HVAC maintenance
- Preventative maintenance and daily inspections
- Responding to guest maintenance requests
- Keeping maintenance areas clean and organized
- Working with front desk and housekeeping to resolve issues quickly
- Ensuring all work meets hotel safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of tools and repair work
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Good problem-solving skills
- Maintenance or handyman experience is a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays
