Looking for a long-term, full-time maintenance person to tend to a 55+ high-rise luxury condominium in Delray on the Intercoastal, Monday - Friday 8AM - 4:30PM.
Duties will include pool maintenance, general maintenance and upkeep of the premises, collecting debris, taking out rubbish, occasional patching, painting, pressure washing, drywall, minor electrical/plumbing, must be able to lift 50lbs. MUST have a "CAN DO" attitude, "ABOVE AND BEYOND" mentality, pride in workmanship, dependable and be a team player under the direction of the Property Manager. Professionalism and great people skills are of the highest priority, as we cater to upscale residents and we are looking for someone to join our family for the long run.
