As a construction materials warehouse clerk, you will oversee all operations related to the storage, reception, distribution, and inventory control of construction materials. Your role will be crucial in ensuring efficient workflow and timely availability of materials for construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify incoming materials.
- Proper storage and organization of materials according to type and usage.
- Inventory management to ensure a steady supply of materials.
- Preparation and dispatch of materials as per construction team requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in the warehouse.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in managing warehouses for construction materials.
- Solid knowledge of different types of construction materials and their storage requirements.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and cranes.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bilingual is a plus.
