Oasis Laundry is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Janitorial Specialist to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment at our facility. This position is crucial to ensuring our laundromat is ready to provide a welcoming experience for customers each day. Key Responsibilities:
Floor Care:
Sweep and mop all floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
Machine Cleaning:
Wipe down and sanitize laundry machines, ensuring they are free of dust, lint, and smudges.
Bathroom Maintenance:
Clean and sanitize the restroom, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
General Cleaning:
Empty trash bins and replace liners.
Clean and dust countertops, tables, and other surfaces.
Spot-clean walls and windows as needed.
Additional Duties:
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
Schedule and Compensation:
Hours: Night shift, after business hours (approximately midnight - 4 AM]).
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
