Shop D' Caribbean, a direct-to-consumer retail & wholesale company, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. We’re seeking a reliable, energetic team member to assist with in-store operations, order fulfilment, and local sales outreach to help expand our brand presence across South Florida. We are opening up a new location at the Miami Merchandise Mart.
Responsibilities:
In-Store & Fulfilment:
-Pick and pack sea moss packs and products (up to 25 lbs)
-Use a computer and ShipStation to print labels and manage USPS/DHL shipments
-Maintain in-store displays, restock inventory, and keep workspace organized
-Assist walk-in customers, process sales, and answer product questions
-Follow quality-control and packing procedures
Sales & Outreach
-Visit local stores, spas, health shops, and retail outlets to promote and sell Shop D’Caribbean products
-Distribute samples, brochures, and marketing materials
-Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers
-Attend local pop-up events or vendor markets when needed
-Earn up to 5% commission on sales generated
-Receive $20/day vehicle allowance when using your car for sales visits
Sales Requirements:
-Must be comfortable engaging customers in person
-Must speak and understand English clearly
-Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
-Basic understanding of product presentation and sales techniques
-Outgoing, persuasive, and self-motivated personality
Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred but not required
Compensation:
-$12/hour for in-store and fulfillment work
-Up to 5% commission on personal sales
-$20/day vehicle allowance when conducting sales visits
Work Hours:
Monday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Tuesday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Wednesday : 10AM - 3 PM
Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM
Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM
