Our Requirements:
1. A minimum 2 people crew
2. Workers Comp. or worker's exception
3. General Liability Insurance.
4. A COI listing us, as additionally insured.
5. Signed subcontractor agreement and W9.
6. Experience: We are in search of subcontractors who demonstrate a strong track record of professional painting experience. A minimum of 5 years in the painting industry is required.
7. Reliability: Punctuality is crucial for us, as we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service to our clients. Subcontractors must consistently show up on time, maintain a reliable work schedule, and execute projects within agreed-upon timelines.
8. Professionalism: Representing our company with professionalism is key. We expect subcontractors to interact respectfully with clients, communicate effectively, and maintain a tidy and professional appearance at all times.
9. Attention to Detail: Our reputation is built on the quality of our work.
