This position is for a strip mall parking lot cleaner. Pay starts at $13.00/hr. You will be working Tuesday through Sunday (six days per week) with Monday's off. The job takes approximately 4 hours per day. You will need to start at 5 a.m. Job duties include changing trash bags, picking up trash in the parking lot, sidewalks and in the landscaped areas. You will also be using a backpack blower to blow off the sidewalks and curbs, etc.
Applicant must have a valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and a cell phone. Reliability and being able to work independently are very important attributes for this position.
