Part-Time Cleaner for Vacation Rentals (South Florida)

About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner/housekeeper to maintain several short- and long-term vacation rental properties across South Florida. This is a long-term, part-time position with consistent weekly work and flexible scheduling.
You’ll handle turnover cleanings between guests, general housekeeping, laundry, and property resets to ensure all units are spotless, stocked, and ready for the next guest.
Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize all rooms (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
Change linens, towels, and restock guest supplies
Perform laundry duties and manage linens
Remove trash and recycling per schedule
Floor care (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, carpet care as needed)
Light housekeeping (dusting, wiping surfaces, windows, appliances)
Reset and stage properties for new guests
Report maintenance or damage issues promptly
Communicate clearly with property manager and send photo updates after cleanings
Requirements
Must live in or near Fort Lauderdale for convenient access
Prior cleaning/housekeeping experience required (residential or vacation rental preferred)
Reliable transportation and basic cleaning supplies required
Must be available for on-call emergencies and respond promptly
Strong attention to detail and professional work ethic
