A highly detail-oriented and self-motivated housekeeper is needed for a 4-bedroom condo in Coconut Grove. The role will initially be part-time with the potential to grow into a full-time position within a year. The ideal candidate will ensure the home is immaculate and running smoothly, regardless of whether the principal is in residence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine cleaning and upkeep of the home, including deep cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and organizing.
- Laundry and linen care, ensuring bedding and towels are always fresh.
- Collaborating with the principal and their assistant to order supplies and report maintenance or repair issues.
- Keeping a close eye on detail, maintaining standards to the highest level.
- Flexibly adapting to changes in schedule when the principal is in or out of town.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a professional housekeeper, preferably in a high-end residence.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with strong verbal communication to work effectively with the principal and assistant.
- Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Availability: Flexibility with hours based on principal's travel schedule.

Schedule:
When Principal is not in residence:
Tuesday & Saturday: Flexible timing (morning or afternoon), approx. 3 hours per day.
Thursday: Afternoon schedule overlapping with the plant maintenance professional, approx. 3 hours.
When Principal is in Residence (Approx. 10–15 Days/Month):
Daily cleaning, ideally between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., 3–5 hours per day (with flexibility to add hours if necessary).
Pay Rate: $50/hr depending on experience
