Job Title: Mechanical Personal Assistant
Advantage Marine Services is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to serve as a full-time assistant to our company lead. This is a unique apprenticeship-style position with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the marine industry while also being exposed to construction, mechanics, fabrication, welding, company organization, entrepreneurship, and project management.
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and ability to enjoy a variety of work environments
- Strong drive to learn, grow, and contribute daily
- Good working knowledge of tools and general mechanical concepts (experience in construction, mechanics, fabrication, or welding is a big plus)
- Flexibility to switch between diverse tasks
- Common sense and a “can do” mentality
