Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pool Construction Technician who can also serve as an On-Site Supervisor for pool projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical experience in pool construction and the leadership ability to oversee crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily on-site activities for pool construction projects
Lead, train, and support crew members to ensure efficiency and quality
Perform and oversee technical tasks such as plumbing, equipment installation, rebar, tile, coping, decking, and other phases of pool construction
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and building codes
Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions promptly
Qualifications:
Experience in pool construction or related field
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Technical knowledge of pool systems, equipment, and construction phases
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) is a plus
