Pool Technicians are responsible for:
1. Manage a pool route with up to 50-60 clients, by providing excellent on-site pool cleaning services to every customer you are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a safe manner, and following all established protocols. AGAIN, our focus is on quality. Turning in paperwork at the end of each shift.
2. You will be Responsible for recommending and referring clients for potential major repairs, renovations, and remodels.
3. Position requires someone that loves and desires to work in the outdoors, can lift up to 40 lbs., including pushing and dragging the pool vacuum, candidate needs dexterity, clarity of vision, and hand-eye coordination.
4. Position requires excellent time management skills, a self-starter who has the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and guidance. We care about the result. “Beautiful Pools Make Beautiful Memories”.
Requirements
1. Valid Driver License with a clean driving record
This is a full-time position Monday – Friday, weekends off. Compensation will be based on your experience and performance. GOOD PAY!
A company truck is provided, the candidate will have to keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals.
