Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, patching, etc.)
Apply primers, paints, and stains to walls, ceilings, trim, and other surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprayers
Mix and match paints to achieve the desired colors
Ensure proper coating and finishing techniques are used for different surfaces and materials
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and equipment
Collaborate with project managers, other painters, and clients to meet deadlines and expectations
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring quality work and maintaining professionalism on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Painter or similar role in construction or home improvement
Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments
Good communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if required for travel to job sites)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with commercial and residential painting projects
Ability to use and maintain spray painting equipment
