Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage demolition and concrete-cutting projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate to ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high-quality performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management within the Demolition & Concrete Cutting & Coredrill & & Shell Construction industry.
- Expertise in Coredrill and Shell Construction techniques.
- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
