Job Description:
As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the appearance and functionality of our clients' homes. Your responsibilities will include a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring that each property is kept in top condition.
Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair task such as:
- Landscape. (Mostly)
- Pressure washing.
- Cleaning windows.
- Painting.
Also, assist with property inspections and address any maintenance issues.
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Reporting the work performed and materials used.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
MUST speak english.
MUST have a car or preferably a truck.
Energetic, fit, and ambitious
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Passion for maintaining beautiful homes and providing top-notch customer service
Compensation:
Base initial payment: $19 per hour (With little or no experience)
Up to $27 per hour for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Professional painting
- Drywall repairs and sheet rock installation
- Tiles or flooring installation
- Electrical repairs
- Plumbing repairs
- Marble polishing
