We are seeking a reliable Retail and Facility Maintenance Technician to support our high-end clients across South Florida. The ideal candidate should have a strong electrical background, general facility maintenance experience, and be comfortable handling a variety of repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs in retail stores and facilities, with a focus on electrical systems (lighting, outlets, circuits), along with light plumbing and occasional HVAC tasks.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage.
Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in working order.
Respond quickly to service requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials, and maintenance schedules.
Communicate clearly with clients and project managers to ensure expectations are met.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification in electrical systems preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/facility maintenance, with strong knowledge of electrical repair and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in South Florida, with occasional travel within the surrounding area.
Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexible schedule with occasional evenings or weekends.
