Join our iconic South Florida bakery with 40+ years of sweet tradition! Edda’s Cake Designs is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to help create unforgettable customer experiences. We're looking for someone energetic, organized, and customer-focused to assist with cake and dessert orders, work the front counter, and keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and assist customers choosing cakes, pastries, and desserts
Process orders accurately (POS + emails)
Confirm order details: flavors, designs, deliveries
Maintain a clean, stocked, and inviting shop
Collaborate with the kitchen and delivery team
Handle cash, manage inventory, and resolve issues professionally

Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Computer-savvy
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
