We are seeking a Roofing Project Manager to oversee daily roofing projects, coordinate subcontractors, manage job site logistics, and ensure quality workmanship. This role requires strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to keep projects running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Confirm subcontractors are on-site and prepared each morning.
Set up ladders, permit boxes, and deliver materials as needed.
Maintain clean job sites and track project progress through documentation.
Prepare weekly job schedules by confirming subcontractor availability, materials, dumpsters, and inspections.
Ensure clients are prepared for work (e.g., clearing driveways, providing gate access codes).
Coordinate with inspectors and manage any required corrections.
Provide necessary materials for fixes and keep permit boxes updated with relevant documents.
Requirements:
Experience in roofing, construction, or project management preferred.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work outdoors and manage multiple projects daily in all 3 counties (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach).
Familiarity with CRM systems and communication tools (WhatsApp, email, etc.).
Valid driver’s license (for material transport).
English/Spanish
