Job Description:
As a Roofing/Construction Helper, you’ll assist our skilled roofers and construction crew with a variety of tasks on residential and commercial job sites. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the trade and grow within a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
Assist with roof installations, repairs, and maintenance
Load and unload materials and tools
Clean and prepare job sites
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Support skilled workers as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience in roofing or construction is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
Must have reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
