Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Service technician/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to estimate jobs and sell them. Also be able complete the jobs. Will need to have good communication skills and organization. Must have a clean driver's license and must have valid authorization to work in the USA. Must be fluent in English. Must have 10+ years experience in handyman and construction related fields. Must know drywall repairs, painting, and tile installation.
Duties
Visiting new customers and estimating jobs
Managing current jobs sold
Completing jobs in a productive timeframe
Keep clean work environment and vehicle
Drywall repair, painting, and appliance install
Basic electrical work
Kitchen and bathroom cabinet repairs
Fencing repairs
Requirements
Must live in the West Palm area.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other basic devices needed.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects as needed.
Valid driver's license with no driving offenses.
Must be able to pass a drug test.
Must be familiar with supply and material ordering.
Must have 10 years experience in the construction field
Must be experienced in full home renovations.
Needs have at least 4 years experience in sales and estimating for construction.
Need to maintain clean and professional appearance at all times.
