We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of our luxury properties. You will perform a variety of tasks, including general maintenance, cleaning, repair work, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our Clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on property systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Perform minor repairs and troubleshooting for appliances, fixtures, and fittings.
Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas, including garbage bins/windows/ and outdoor spaces.
Manage landscaping and groundskeeping activities.
Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure water quality .
Conduct regular safety checks on property security systems.
Prepare properties for seasonal change.
EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina to perform various maintenance tasks.
