Looking for an experienced subcontractor for RESIDENTIAL work.
Part time or full time available.
Must be willing to assist and work with business owner. Looking for someone reliable and professional. I have been in business since 1986 and have over 40 years of experience in construction.
Work tasks include: pressure cleaning, painting houses and roofs / general labor (carrying buckets up and down ladders and moving equipment) / basic carpentry / basic masonry stucco work (willing to teach) / cleaning warehouse, trucks, or job sites.
MUST be comfortable working on LADDERS (extension and step).
MUST speak some English and have transportation.
MUST HAVE OR BE WILLING TO GET (Owner willing to help with registration costs):
-Valid Driver License
-Corporation
-Workman's Comp. Exemption
-General Liability
-Tax ID
Compensation base on experience.
