Inspect tarps and straps for wear and damage, and report any issues.
Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary.

Communicate effectively with the team to ensure efficiency and safety.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction, trucking, or related field is preferred.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Spanish-speaking only is acceptable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
