Fast paced environment looking for an individual capable of self managing and communicating effectively with the team local and otherwise. Must be physically able to lift heavy at times and move swiftly with packages going in and out regularly. must be able to load a cargo van or truck with boxes to fill pallet(s) at a different location. driving is required on this job. Must be able to move swiftly on the computer entering details pertaining to the boxes/packages and remain organized daily in storing and securing the items.
Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm
The job's pay is $14-16 per hour.
Requirements:
Ability to speak and read English and Spanish
Handle loading and unloading of freight
Must be able to move HEAVY boxes up to 50lbs
Enter orders in a web based platform repetitively daily
Follow an organized format but also be willing to make suggestions to better the environment
Must know how to read a standard measuring tape accurately and a weighing scale
Respond to calls & requests promptly
Warehouse area is climate controlled but can be humid at certain times of the year
Heavy lifting is required daily
Have a valid driver's license with a clean record
Can drive a cargo van
Drive your own vehicle to carry out tasks
