We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. Area: Pompano Beach
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the daily operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing
Manage warehouse staff and ensure their tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies and order new items when needed
Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and that safety protocols are followed
Train and supervise warehouse staff, including new hires
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field
Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Forklift experience is a must
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required during warehouse operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Pay: $18/H
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
