We’re hiring a Wood Floor Refinisher! Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person. Trainees start at $18.50/hr. Experienced workers starting at $20/hr and up, based on skillset.
Job Duties:
Sand, stain, and finish hardwood floors
Repair or replace damaged floor sections
Clean and prep floors before refinishing
Operate floor sanding and finishing equipment
Ensure quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
Must be able to meet at 7:00 AM daily or drive directly to job sites
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
