Wood Shop Support
We're seeking a reliable, hard-working Porter/Janitor to join our team full-time. This position is essential in keeping our wood shop running smoothly by assisting with material handling, deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Move materials and supplies around the shop and yard
-Pick up materials from local vendors and make deliveries to job sites
-Clean and restock break areas
-Take out garbage and recycling throughout the facility
-Clean and maintain restrooms
-Keep the shop and common areas clean, organized, and safe
-Assist shop staff with general labor and upkeep as needed
Requirements:
-Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-Able to pass a drug test and background check
-Authorized to work in the U.S. (legal work status)
-Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
-Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
-Familiarity with basic tools or building materials is a plus
