Atty wanted for executor in probate litigation in Palm Beach County

I am the executor of an estate. My atty recently withdrew. I objected, but the withdrawal was granted. Need new atty by 11/15.

After I submitted the will to probate, and it was approved, I came upon what I deemed hard evidence that the will was not entirely valid. (A lot of circumstantial evidence supported this as well.) As a result, I submitted the petition below:

AMENDED PETITION: THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE

PETITIONS THE COURT TO HEAR WHY SHE NO LONGER

BELIEVES THE PURPORTED WILL BEING PROBATED IS VALID IN

ITS ENTIRETY, AND AS A RESULT, TO PARTIALLY REVOKE THIS

WILL OR TO FULLY REVOKE IT AND SUBSTITUTE IT WITH THE

LAST KNOWN PURPORTED WILL BASED UPON NEW

INFORMATION AND INFORMATION DISCOVERED BY THE

PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AFTER SUBMITTING THIS WILL TO

PROBATE

A motion for sanctions has been filed against me and any atty who pursues the petition.

A second amended petition to remove me as executor has been filed. The response is due 10 days after a new atty appears.

Lawsuits I would like to pursue:

-re-file a suit against a bank for negligence for cashing $80k in cashier's checks in the decedent's name into an account owned by two other people without requiring a power of attorney document or making any other inquiry, to my knowledge. The decedent's name was not on the account the checks were cashed into. (My former atty filed this lawsuit in 2024, along with discovery. I was removed as executor after I filed the petition of above. (I was removed without due process and appealed the order and won.) An administrator ad litem replaced me and dismissed this lawsuit, stating there were not provisions in the statute for atty's fees. However, the atty who filed it said it had been set up to go to settlement, and the atty's fees could have been taken from the settlement. I have been recently re-instated as executor and would like to re-file this suit.)

-sue a party for $80k they indicated in writing multiple times was part of the estate
