A rapidly growing, forward-thinking technology company headquartered in Miami is seeking a highly organized Corporate Paralegal to join their legal department.This is an on-site opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial culture. You'll support the General Counsel and legal team on a variety of transactional and compliance-related matters while playing a critical role in shaping scalable legal operations.Responsibilities:Draft, review, and redline commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, and licensing contractsCoordinate full contract lifecycle management (CLM) including tracking, execution, and renewal timelinesAssist with entity management, annual filings, and corporate governance supportCollaborate cross-functionally with finance, compliance, and product teams to align contracts with business objectivesMaintain clause libraries, legal templates, and contract management systemsSupport regulatory compliance efforts including HIPAA, GDPR, SOX, and CCPAQualifications:5+ years of paralegal experience, ideally in a tech, SaaS, or commercial contracting environmentStrong understanding of contract structure, risk provisions, and redliningExperience supporting compliance and regulatory initiativesProficiency with legal tech tools (e.g., Ironclad, Diligent Entities, Salesforce Legal Hub) is a plusParalegal certificate required; bachelor's degree preferredBilingual in English/Spanish is a plusPerks:Competitive salary up to $120K depending on experienceDynamic company culture with a mission-driven teamCareer growth in an innovative, high-impact legal environmentTo apply or refer someone: Please send your resume to .All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
