Are you detail-oriented with a flair for organizing information? Do you have a knack for making the complex seem simple? We’re on the lookout for an Estate Planning Paralegal who can juggle multiple tasks while keeping a smile on their face. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our estate planning team, assisting the attorney in creating documents that help our clients secure their legacies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney (think of yourself as the architect of our clients’ legacies).
- communicate directly with our clients to fill in the gaps (you’ll be our legal Sherlock Holmes).
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date (let’s keep things neat and tidy!).
- Assist in client meetings, taking notes, and ensuring all concerns are addressed (you’ll be the friendly face of our firm).
- Communicate with clients and third parties, answering questions, and providing updates as needed (think of yourself as the company’s ambassador of good vibes).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in estate planning or a related area of law is a plus (if you’ve been around the block, we want to hear from you!).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail (a keen eye is a must!).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (your words will help shape futures).
- Proficiency in Word (tech-savvy individuals will shine here).
