Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is preferred.
Positive attitude with a professional and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficiency in using online filing and court systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Prior experience in a receptionist or office clerk role is preferred.
