Growing Broward Law Firm is looking to add a Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Case Manager. This applicant must already be competent to independently work on a large volume of cases, (from beginning to end), to assist the Attorney. Applicants should know how to prepare the correct letters to open files, prepare demand letters, negotiate medical bills/finalize Closing Statements.
A candidate for our Legal Assistant position must be highly organized, able to maintain files with updated and accurate information, manage a wide variety of concurrent tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate with a diverse array of people, including clients, attorneys, and vendors.
We are seeking someone who has at least 5+ years of recent experience as a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Case Manager in Florida, computer skills, excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, enthusiastic and cares about clients.
