Customer Service/Receptionist needed for Personal Injury Law Firm. Must speak Spanish and English fluently. Hours are 9:00a.m.-5:00pm, however, some flexibility exists to alter these hours. We are seeking candidates who are punctual and reliable. Experience preferred. Candidates must have "thick skin" and be able to handle very delicate clients who are often confused. You will be answering incoming phone calls and helping to get client on good track to ending any possible frustration with the legal process and his or her personal injury case. Additional duties shall include greeting clients, opening and scanning mail into a case management system. Friendly office environment in a great building in the heart of Coral Gables.
