Compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 per year
This job is in-person, not remote.
This is a full-time role for a Labor & Employment Law Attorney. The attorney will be responsible for litigating cases in federal court on behalf of employees/plaintiffs. The day-to-day tasks include all aspects of federal litigation.
Qualifications
- Seasoned and effective litigator in federal court with trial experience
- Experience and competency in labor and employment law and litigation in federal court
- Proficiency in legal research and writing
- Proficiency in technology and computers
- Ability to draft motions and pleadings
- Work independently and without supervision
- Take cases to trial and on appeal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership and good standing with the Florida Bar
