Duties
Provide legal counsel to clients on a variety of legal matters.
Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the law office to ensure comprehensive client service.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' cases.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and options.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience in personal injury law, family law, estate planning, or immigration law is preferred.
Strong skills in legal drafting and administrative tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to litigate cases effectively and advocate for clients' best interests.
