Description:
Administrative assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support
· Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
· Complete forms, questionnaires, and other required documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Print, scan, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents.
· Prepare and coordinate FedEx shipments and other mailings.
· Create, format, and modify documents using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Draft memos, correspondence, reports, and other business documents as needed.
· Perform additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Education
Some college or technical school
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Qualifications
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Knowledge of Spanish
